Gemco VL-94-035-01, Pneumatic 10" rotary valve. 14" discharge ground clearance, 3 1/2" diameter tri-clover discharge chute port, and pneumatic actuator with max operating pressure of 120 psi. Mounted on stainless steel frame with locking casters.

Gemco VL-94035-03, 14" diameter stainless steel disc valve with air actuator. Has 20" diameter opening with 4" flange and 20 mounting holes (1 1/4" diameter), full port opening, no pinch points, and self-cleaning sealing area. High performance disc valve is specially engineered to meet rigorous demands of processing solids, abrasive powders, and wet cake. The valve is designed and built to ASME standards for pressure-assisted sealing from full vacuum to 10 bar at temperatures up to 450F. Reimelt SCH10, 13" x 13" carbon steel rotary airlock valve, handles powder between a vessel and a pneumatic airline. This unit will run at 14-15rpm and can max out at 21-22rpm it will also run 30 Liters per revolution.
