All S/S USDA approved dicer/slicer/cutter will cut uniform dices, straight French fry strips and slices from all smooth cuts listed for the G-A Dicer as well as cuts with 2 or 4 crinkle sides by proper selection of slicing and crosscut knives. Crinkle French fry cuts will have overall cross sectional measurements of 11/32, 7/16, 1/2 or 9/16" (8.7, 11, 13 or 14 mm). Capacity and specifications are otherwise similar to the G-A Dicer. Note: Installation of the circular knife spindle with knives spaced at 1, 1-1/2 or 2" (25, 38 or 51 mm) may be desirable if French fry cuts of uniform length are necessary for packaging or portion control.
