Automatic, tab lock, tray former, capable of speed up to 60 trays per minute depending on materials and application. Unit has a maximum tray size range of up to 20"L x 8"W, 22"L x 11"W blank with proper change parts tray magazine with gravity pusher, 2-cup vacuum reciprocating pick-n-place, PLC controls, Lexan guarding, and a 2 hp hand crank variable speed drive.
