Semi automatic thermal vacuum former. Forming area: 18" x 24". Maximum draw depth: 4". Equipped with retractable cal-rod heater system and up-moving platen, cooling fan. Film is fed manually, clamped in place, retractable heater moves over film, and is timed to prepare the film for forming, the heater then retracts and the platen moves up to the film, vacuum forms the blister, the film is then cooled, the platen retracts and the finished film is removed. Ideal for sample blisters, prototypes, lab work. Utilizes roll or sheet material. Speeds dependent on materials and application.
