Often when you’re using cartoner equipment, you’ll need cartoner accessories to help you complete your project. This is where an experienced Frain engineer can help! Cartoner accessory equipment used in cartoning operations includes a variety of code dating, embossers, specialty leaflet or insertion of card into cartons being filled. Cartoner accessory equipment can also be used for assistance in loading cartoner devices to allow for more mechanized loading and reduce manual product loading.
Automatic star wheel bottle loader capable of speeds of over 200 cartons per minute. Last used on an IWKA 6" center horizontal cartoner. OAD: 22" L x 18" W x 20" H
PMI Cartoning, Model 96200800, inline, servo controlled carton upender. Rated from 20 to 300 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 28" diameter up ending star wheel with vacuum suction cups and a 45" long (2) chain lugged take away conveyor set on 9" centers. Control panel with independant servo controllers for starwheel / lugs and push button stop / stop controls. Mounted on base frame with safety guarding.
