Adco, Model 15DBC105-SS, Automatic, horizontal, continuous motion, stainless steel, hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 25 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 1" to 9½" in Length; ¾" to 4" in Width, 4½" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with adjustable bucket product in feed conveyor with 117" long load area, 46" long automatic blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic-n-place with pre-break and has (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers with 3½" high lugs, top carton squaring device, barrel cam product loader, Nordson Problue hot melt glue system, major and minor flap closers, Siko adjustment gauges, statis light bar and 28" long dual side belt discharge conveyor. Equipped with powder carton magazine, 2 head rotary feeder, graduated scale adjustments, 4′ 6" load area on each side of carousel, E- Stops, E-trac AC inverter, Piab vacuum system and interlocked guarding.

Equipped with 96" long powered blank carton magazine, 2 head rotary vacuum pic n place, top squaring system, 72" long product hand load area, major flap plows, minor flap closers, Nordsen hot melt glue system and vacuum system. Control panel with start / stop, jog / run, glue on / off and vacuum pump on / off. Mounted on base frame with lexan guarding and height adjustable legs with casters.
