Westfalia Model SAMR 3036, automatic, desludger clarifier, bowl centrifuge, rated from 5 to 20 gallons of product per minute with between 2% to 5% solids - depending on type of product run. Stainless steel contact parts, equipped with 20" ID disc seporator with self cleaning bowl and clamp down cover, clarification design for (liquid / solids separation) bowl rated up to 7700 rpm and 10 Hp drive rated up to 1740 rpm. Features a Model BS-85 rotray brush strainer with 16" diameter x 17" straight wall, flat top has a top mounted 1/4 hp drive with 6 inner side scrape rotary brushes and inner side wall strainer screen, cone bottom with center bottom discharge valve. Control panel with bowl, flush and feed open / close / auto control switches with start and stop buttons and process timer and counter contollers.
Mounted on 84" long x 36" wide platform base with casters and locking legs.

Alfa Laval Model WSB purifier, is a continuous, solid retaining centrifuge, separator rated from 300 to 900 litres or 75 to 225 gallons of product per hour - depending on materials and application. Machine is set up to separate two liquid phases with the solids remaining inside bottom of the bowl. Equipped with 13" in Diameter bowl with bolt down flip up cover with sight port, three 10-1/4" in Diameter; 2" in Height separation discs with top 1-1/2" OD and 1" ID threaded product intakes ports and 3/4" OD product separation outlet each disc. This design of disc stack is the heart of the separator, centrifugal force separates the fluid from particles both are then discharged through separate outlets.

Sharples AS16V vertical centrifuge with a maximum G force of 8,435, bowl rpm speed of 12,000 and a bowl capacity 5.1 liter. Applies centrifugal force to a liquid when fluids enter rotating bowl. The liquid after entering the bowl is rotated at the speed of the bowl and centrifugal force act upon the liquid and separates it into its various parts relative to weight.
