Cleaner Equipment – Equipment related to the cleaning of equipment, or the cleaning of packaging such as containers and bottles. Cleaner equipment is designed to clean the interior or exterior of container or bottles prior to filling, or after filling and before labeling. Cleaner equipment can use air, de-ionized air, water, brushes, or a combination of methods to clean the interior or exterior of containers. Cleaner equipment is used to clean the interior of containers prior to filling them to eliminate contaminants. Cleaner equipment is used to clean the exterior of containers prior to labeling to remove any foreign matter from the container that would interfere with the adhesion of the label to the container.
Sani-matic, 200 gallon trough style, 304 stainless steel COP tank. Equipped with 120" long x 25" wide x 16" deep inner trough dimensions and a 7½ hp centrifugal recirculation pump.

Qualtech, Model BEP-363612, 304 stainless steel, CIP system, with flow rates – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (3) Qualtech 32" diameter x 60" deep 200 gallon stainless steel single straight wall tanks, all have flat tops with manways and flip up covers, top return ports. Slant side bottoms and end bottom discharges into a 10 HP Alfa Laval model 9634058630 centrifugal pump with a 2½" suction and 2" discharge. Control Panel has AB touch screen HMI, chart recorder and status light bar. Mounted on stainless steel skid.

Mcbrady, Model 200, 48" OD rotary chamber, inverted, air cleaner. Rated up to 130 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and diameter of container. 304 stainless steel and FDA approved plastics construction. Container size range: per application and is capable of handling plastic and glass bottles or metal containers with proper change parts. Equipped with 96" long x 4½" wide container conveyor, 48" OD cleaning chamber with container slots and direct tube injection with individual nozzles and vacuum which draws dust out of containers, 5 micron and .01-micron air filter assembly with regulator and solenoid, air ionizing kit and has easy tool-less changeover which requires only interchanging of parts, no adjustments. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch pad controls, machine start and conveyor control dials with vacuuum pressure, clutch limit and air pressure alarms with reset botton and A/B VFD variable speed controllers with e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame with lexan guarding and leveling legs.

Thomas Engineering Model 150U, Combination 48" OD disc unscrambler and inverted air cleaner rated up to 160 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Maximum container height of 8" and Maximum 4" OD, with minimum container opening of 5/16" ID. Has adjsutable working height of 32.5" to 38" in Height. 36" OD air blast cleaning wheel for containers and 2-3/4" high guide rails.Mounted on pedistal type frame.

Pure Ingenuity stainless steel skid mounted CIP circulation cart. Equipped with (1) Fristam model FZX2100 liquid ring pump with a 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp suction infeed and 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp discharge powered by a 3 hp drive at 1760 rpm. Skid also includes (1) FPX722-145 centrifugal pump with a 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp suction infeed and 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp discharge powered by a 7½ hp drive at 3520 rpm. HMI Heinzen, inclined cleated wash tank designed to wash dirt and other debris from buoyant product with amount of product per minute – depending on product being run and belt speed. Equipped with 42" wide x 77" long x 40" deep water trough with 12" wide x 112" long incline cleated white plastic product discharge belt with 2" high cleats set on 12" centers and has discharge height of 68" with top motor drive. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg frame. Tenderleaf wash equipment for many fresh cut product applications such as lettuce, carrot tomatos, broccoli, cauliflower and many more.

Sani-Matic Systems, COP spray booth. Vessel dimensions: 48" wide x 48" deep x 88" tall (34" wide x 48" deep x 68" tall usable space). Equipped with a hinged front door, (6) spinning spray nozzle bars supplied by a 10 HP Ampco centrifugal pump and (2) diaphram solution pumps. Control cabinet with AB controller, touch screen HMI and chart recorder.

Mcbrady, Model 60, rotary, inverted, air cleaner, rated from 20 to 100 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Container sizes range: 5 cc to 1 gallon containers and capable of handling both plastic and glass bottles or metal containers with proper change parts. Equipped with 48" OD cleaning chamber has container slots with individual air nozzles and vacuum which draws accumulated dust out of containers. 6" wide x 96" long container conveyor with (4) belt unscrambler infeed. Control panel has start, variable speed controller and e-stop. Mounted on multi-leg frame.
