Feeders are machines designed to feed various different kinds of objects including products, components, containers, bottles, coupons, leaflets, desiccant pouches, etc.
Coupon inserters and feeder equipment are designed to feed various kinds of coupons. Bowl feeder machines are designed to orient and feed various kinds of objects, including caps, components, product, fitments, inserts, etc, through the vibration of the bowl and the specific channels and plows within the bowl.
Vacuum feeder machines are designed to move granulated or powder products from one location to another through the use of a vacuum. Weigh auger feeders are designed to feed dry bulk product such as powder and slurries through the use of an auger or screw. Vibratory feeders (vibration feeders) are designed to feed various kinds of product including components, granulations, etc. through the use a vibratory pan.
Outserters are equipment designed to place a coupon or leaflet to the outside of a container, usually using glue to adhere the coupon to the outside of the container. Desiccant feeders are designed to feed desiccant pouches into containers. Incline cleated feeders are designed to feed solid object such as caps, containers, bottles, etc. to a specific height and discharge them using an inclined belt with cleats. Feeders are often integrated into pieces of packaging and processing equipment to reduce the labor necessary to handle components of the process or package.

Equipped with 30” long x 30” wide x 24” deep stainless steel agitated product hopper and cover with ½ Hp agitator drive, and mounted on (4) legs, with 3" OD x 151" long stainless steel product conveying screw, 4" OD x 120" long flexible poly tube and has top mounted 3 Hp motor drive with 6” ID product discharge port Control panel has start, stop, e-stop controls. Mounted on stainless steel Model PB1-S-X Portable base with support mast and has (2) 6" swivel casters with brake under hopper and (2) 6" rigid casters with extended length base and Tilt-Down support mast with manually actuated hydraulic jack.

125 ft³ (110 ft³ working capacity) 304 stainless steel dual auger feeder with ribbon agitation and discharge pump. Vessel dimensions: 59" wide x 144" long x 28" deep (main vessel) with a 59" wide x 24" long x 38" deep end extension. Equipped with (4) 19" diameter manways, lift off cover on vessel extension, single ribbon powered by a 7½ hp drive and dual bottom auger screws powered by a 15 hp drive. Waukesha model 224 positive displacement pump with a 19.71:1 ratio gearbox for a current rate of 45.23 GPM with a 4½" OD / 4" ID discharge with 13" ground clearance. CIP Spray balls supplied by a Waukesha model 2085 centrifugal pump powered by a 10 hp drive with a 3½" OD / 3" ID Suction infeed and 3"OD / 2½"ID discharge.

Equipped with a stainless steel 48" long x 36" wide x 32" deep product hopper with pin bar agitation powered by a 3 hp drive, dual stainless steel feeding screws powered by a 10 hp drive and Waukesha 324 positive displacement pump powered by a 30 hp drive with 4½"OD / 4"ID triclamp style discharge with 25" ground clearance. Mounted on a stainless steel frame. Rates dependant on materials, application and machine configuration.

Hoppman, Model EPO4O6XDCA, incline cleated belt feeder. Number of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 26" wide x 26" long x 16" deep (3 ft³) stainless steel product hopper with lift up lexan cover, 6" wide x 86" long belt conveyor with 1½" high cleats set on 6" centers with a 82" – 88" discharge height range. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with leveling legs.

Mounted on stainless steel multi-leg frame with leveling legs.

Equipped with 36” long x 36” wide x 27” deep stainless steel agitated product hopper with cover and ½ Hp agitator drive, with 3" OD x 180" long stainless steel product conveying screw, 4" OD x 180" long flexable poly tube and has top mounted 3 Hp motor drive with 6” ID product discharge port with 120" discharge height. Control panel has start, stop, e-stop controls with VFD vari-speed controller. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel frame with casters.
