Granulator equipment is designed to produce granules. Granulators turn powders into granules for tableting or coating. Granulators are used to turn powder into granules to powder into free flowing material, to increase the density of the product, and to increase the particle size of the product. Using granulator to turn powders into granules improves the compressibility of the powder and eliminates the dust associated with handling a powder.
Stainless steel wet or dry granulations screener to a selected particle size. Features a 4.5 gallon hopper, a 6" diameter discharge at 34"H. Quick Sieve can be used for the de-lumping or milling of raw materials. Mounted on stainless steel stand with four casters.

Control panel has PLC controller with high and low speed, start, stop, jog, hydraulic lift controls, vacuum, rpm and temperature gauges. Mounted on stainless steel frame.

Single pot processing is the production of pharmaceutical granules using a wet granulation process in which dry mixing, liquid addition, wet granulation, drying and sizing of the granules is done in one machine.
GAMP (good automated manufacturing practice) design for 25% less granulating liquid use resulting in reduction in drying time with no wet sizing required.

Equipped with removable stainless steel process vessel and has dimensions of 14" ID x 11" Deep. Lift up top cover with 2½" and (2) 3½" OD top ports, (3) blade main mixer with 12" OD and (3) 6" long x 1" wide mixer blades and (2) 4" long x 1" wide high shear mixer blades. Control panel has mixer and chopper start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with statis light.

Equipped with stainless steel jacketed and vacuum portable process bowl with dimensions of 20½" ID x 18" Deep, side bottom jacket in / outlets, pneumatic operated discharge valve with 27" floor clearence. Hydraulic lift up top cover has sight glass, light, filter and 2" liquid filling ports and top driven (3) blade mixing impeller has dual speed 7½ Hp belt motor drive with 200 and 305 rpm. All 316 stainless steel construction. Equipped with process bowl and has dimensions of 10" ID x 6" Deep, with cover and has (2) 2" OD top ports and 3½" OD with 2" OD sight port. (3) main mixer blades and (2) high shear mixer blades with bowl tilt discharge handle. Control panel has mixer and chopper high, low and air guages with start, stop, interlock free and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg base with casters.

Quick Sieve can be used for the de-lumping or milling of raw materials. Mounted on stainless steel stand with casters and leveling legs.

Frewitt Model MGI-628, stainless steel, oscillating granulator. Rated from 100 to 1500 lbs per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 19" long x 11" wide x 6" deep top feed stainless steel product hopper with safety grid, (5) stainless steel breaker bars measuring 17" in Length x ¾" thick center bottom discharge and has 11" diameter discharge chute with 35" floor clearance. Control panel has push button controls start / stop / reset. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg base frame with casters. Change parts: Removable screens are required per application for different size particle reduction.

Equipped with hydraulic lift up top cover with 4¼" ID site port, 16" OD (3) blade anchor style mixer with 8" long x 2" wide blades and 6" OD (4) blade high shear mixer with (4) 3" long x 1" wide blades powered by 7½ Hp belt to motor drive.
