Cornell, Model D-8, Variable speed "Versator". Rated from ½ to 2 gallons per minute and disc rotation from 2000 to 6000 rpm – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 6" diameter disc and has ¾" ID / 1" OD Tri-Clamp product in / outlet, top vacuum port, and bottom drain. Product flows through a film-forming ring out and over the surface of the rotating disc at which time the dispersion / desecration action occurs. Control panel has mixer and vacuum controls with e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame.
Commonly used for dispersion, and deaeration for food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical applications. Includes 316 stainless steel contact parts, quick release cover.

Rietz, Model RS-10-K3632-4, 304 stainless steel jacketed dual trough vacuum paddle blender. Pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Capacity: 5 ft³ (3 ft³ working). Equipped with lift up top cover, (2) sets of 3" x 4" paddles powered by ¾ hp drives, 3 hp vacuum pump and (2) 8" x 3¾" pneumatic end gate discharges with 26" ground clearance. Dome top with lock down cover and pneumatic lift , 9" diameter port, 5-1/2" diameter sight port, and 2-1/2" top inlet. Dish bottom with 3-1/2" diameter center bottom discharge at 16" floor clearance. J H Day Model NAUTA MBX 525, 52.5 cu. ft. (392 gallon), 304 stainless steel, single wall, vertical paste mixer with a 12" diameter bottom support screw. Features three distinct intermixing actions: the screw turning on its axis, the screw orbiting the tank, and the screw spiralling the material upward. Equipped with three 6" diameter top ports, one 10" diameter top port, one 4" diameter top port, a 17" wide by 46" long top acess panel, and a 6 1/2" diameter side bottom circular stopper discharge. Powered by a Reliance 10 hp motor.

Votator Model CR-16, Has 16" OD, 316 stainless steel jacketed paste mixer rated up to 716 cubis inches of volume – depending on materials and application. Designed for continuous mixing, blending, dispersing and whipping. 16" OD rotor is a multi-vaned impeller sandwiched between (2) discs which combines product recycling, shear action and 250 psi with Incremental mixing for heat sensitive products. Jacket for liquid coolants, 2-1/2" O.D. threaded in / outlet ports. Powered by 20 Hp US Varidrive motor drive. Pin configuration: Round

Internal mixing chamber dimensions of: 27" in Length x 25" in Width x 24" in Depth and has full jacket rated at 60 psi, with (2) 3/4 threaded ports, powered tilt discharge, safety grating, temperature sensor with LCD, and double end drive.
