Sterilizer equipment is designed for the sterilization and decontamination of instruments and tooling. Sterilizer equipment can use steam or air over pressure, and the process begins by heating with steam while circulating with fans. Sterilization is achieved during a preset time and temperature. Sterilization equipment accomplishes cooling by circulating air through heat exchangers that are then cooled with water. Dry heat sterilization ensures the destruction of micro-organisms by means of dry heat over a controlled period of time. The process is environmentally safe – this type of sterilizer equipment is safe for treatment of empty ampoules, injection bottles, infusion bottles and production equipment. It is also suitable for sterilization of liquids with low moisture content or powder medications.
ETC RM4000410, Double door, stainless steel, Hi-vacuum, air over pressure steam sterilizer, with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. 316L stainless steel contact parts, with internal chamber dimensions of: 96" in Length x 48" in Width x 54" in Height and has double, flow thru pneumatic powered, swing open locking chamber doors and capable of handling multiple product carts. 304 stainless steel outer shell and jacket rated to maximum 40psi @ 300 Deg F and minimum of -20 Deg F @ 82.5 psi and compressed air of 15scfm @ 100 psi internal steam and 15 gpm water used at 30 – 50 psi and steam at 850 lbs / hour @ 50 – 80 psi. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch pad controls and readout with push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty (4) leg frame.

Getinge 484150101, Stainless steel double door steam sterilizer with chamber dimensions of 56"L x 35"W x 58"H and a 65 cu. ft. sterilizing area. Chamber is rated for 45psi at 350F, steam clean: 275 lb/hr @ 60 – 80 psig, water: 15 gpm @ 40 – 60 psig, and compressed air 2 scfm @ 80 – 100 psig. Features two horizontal powered sliding chamber doors (flow through style), sterilizer timer controls, drying timer controls, chamber temperature controls, and chart recorder. Equipped with GE 91415 plc. National Board # 396.

Finn Aqua, 316 S/S dimpled designed gravity style steam sterilizer with a chamber size of 24" x 48" x 48". Max chamber working pressure and jacket pressure is 45 psig. Features several programmable cycles including pre-cycle, pre conditioning, and exposure. Also features several cooling cycles including vacuum drying, pulse drying, slow exhaust and fast exhaust. Includes a Finn Aqua Autolog 36 CPU controller.
