Fuji Formost, Model Alpha 8 FW3410B, horizontal box motion flow wrapper. Rated from 10 to 150 packages per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Product size range: ¼" to 3.93" in height, ¼" to 11" wide, 5.11" to 16.92" in length. Film width up to 25" wide. Equipped with a 9" wide x 50" long infeed belt, 9" wide x 33" long spacing belt, adjustable forming head, top hold down conveyor, 12" wide box motion sealing jaws and 9½" wide discharge conveyor. Ratti Jean double twist wrapper. Rated from 20 to 80 wraps per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Roll diameter up to 11" diameter x 4" wide on a 3" core. Equipped with a 25" x 35" product table, 15" diameter (20) pocket rotary table and 4 station mechanical double twist wrap.

Rose A3DB, automatic bunch wrapper capable rated from 150 to 450 wraps per minute – depending on materials and application. Product dimensions: 16 – 20 mm diameter x 7 – 16 mm thickness. Features 29"L x 26"W x 9"H vibratory product feeder bowl, undersized product sorting, rotary disc product orientation, automatic vibratory feed rate control, heat seal, mild steel discharge chute, and outfeed from the same side as the infeed. Equipped with Allen Bradley 1305 variable speed controller, barrier guarding with electrical interlocks, E-stops, stand alone electrical cabinet, paper run out indicator, speed control with LED display, and controls for vibrator (on / off), vibrator coarse speed setting, vibrator fine speed setting, feed plate heater (on / off), bunch heaters (on / off), 1st bunch temperature control, and 2nd bunch temperature control. Last running artificially flavored toffee, 18.63mm diameter x 7.42mm high in 43mm x 86mm paper and 19.1mm diameter x 10.77mm high in 50mm x 100mm paper.
