Automatic screw packaging line capable of running 100 count of 1/4" x 3/4" screws at rates of 15-23 boxes per minute. Line consists of Warren Industries tote dumper with 1,000 lb load capacity and 48" discharge height. Totes being used are 40" W x 28" L x 24" H, dumper feeds Warren Industries hopper / loader Model WL-1000 with a discharge height of 108". Feeds into the Inspired Automation dual head feeder and weigh scale system, scales capable of detecting from less than a gram to 5 lbs. Has indexing in feed conveyor that measures 156" L x 10" W, A/B Micrologic 1000 CPU with touch pad controls. Capable of filling 1or 2 clam shells, jars, cartons or boxes at a time. Ideal for screws, washers, nuts, bolts and other non-food items. Last ran coated concrete screws at 350 blisters per hour.
