Key International deduster has vibrator & controls built to NEMA 4 washdown specifications. Unit includes variable intensity vibrator & stepped screen, mirror polished stainless steel contact parts. Has adjustable tilt feature, which when set in relation to the vibration intensity, determines the speed of the tablets. Also includes quick disconnect clear Lexan cover, stainless steel support column & vacuum nozzle for dust control. Unit mounted on 4 mild steel legs. Last used in pharmaceutical operation.
