Fully automatic, twin head, cotton inserter capable of speeds up to 300 cpm, depending on application. Has a maximum cotton weight range of 26 grams @ yard with cut length range of 2 1/2" to 7". It is capable of one to two insertions per bottle (at 1/2 speed). Push-button adjustable head and height, cotton feed detection, conveyor with timing screw, bottle jam and (2)cotton bins. Unit is set on casters for easy mobility and was last running in a pharmaceutical operation
