Complete Vial Line consisting of vial cleaning, sterilizing, filling, stoppering and aluminum capping rated to 60 vials per minute. Line consists of Groninger ASV100 rotary vial washer with siliconization option for insertion of stoppers. Groninger STS depyrogenation tunnel oven w/Hepa Filtration. Groninger KFVG monoblock filler stopper and aluminum capper. Has a container range: (height) 30 - 200MM (diameter) 10 - 100MM. Has a fill volume range: 3 - 270 ml w/correct change parts. Stopper range: 13 - 28MM and currently set up for regular and Lyo-stoppers for 13 or 20MM. Tray in feed to worm screw to star wheel indexing system. Bottom up fill, no container no fill and automatic rejection w/rejection conveyor for no stopper or no cap detection. Currently set up with two dosing stations, Set up to run 2, 5, 12, 25 and 50ml vials. Never used in Production!
