Automatic vial cleaning, filling, stoppering, aluminum capping line capable of speeds up to 50 vials @ min depending on application. Line consists of B & S FAW1002 rotary cleaner with siliconization station. B & S WDS 2000 inline 2 station weight dosing filler, stoppering machine and a B & S KS1010 aluminum capper. Has fill range from : 5g-1000g, container size range of 16 - 100mm dia, and is currently set for 100ml vial and has change parts available for 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, 250, 500ml (one set included with line). Will handle regular and slotted style stoppers with change parts available for 13, 20 or 28mm. and the aluminum capper has change parts available for 13, 20 or 28mm flip off caps. B & S PLC Control system, and last ran in class 100 hepa filter operation.
