Complete inline, tray filling, roll stock sealing line capable of doing up to 250 trays per minute - depending on materials and application. Equipped with inline (4) head pick-in-place tray denester, feeds onto a (2) lane conveying system, then to (4) head piston filler with jacketed product hopper, filled trays, conveyed to Raque HS2 (2) lane tray (8) heat sealer with lugged 2 lane discharge conveyor with rotary suction cup tray pick-off conveyor, currently set for 4 3/8" L x 3 1/4" W oval tray.
