Open mouth bag filler for use with pre-formed bags. 4-lane linear scale, single bulk open mouth bag filling system, capable of fills up to 100 lbs and speeds up to 70 bpm depending on application. Unit has (4) 12"L x 10"W infeed buckets, which feed into (2) 8"L x 9"W discharge buckets, which discharge into a 12"L x 38"W feed hopper with a 3"L x 6"W pneumatic discharge chute and a (6) cup vacuum bag opener. Equipped with 18"L x 10"W bag magazine, a (4) cup recipicating pick & place, 216"L x 6"W conditioning conveyor with (2) 60"L x 7-1/2"W side belt conveyors and (2) guide rails at 20"H.
