Triple action, knead arm mixer rated to 250 lb capacity batches. Heavy duty cast frame construction has 12" long x 1 1/2" diameter stainless steel dual arm agitators with a 27" diameter x 18" deep stainless steel removable mixing bowl mounted on casters. Mixer has gentle 3 way agitation motion that insures thorough mixing but without damage to ingredients and can mix just about anything, such as various consistency of doughs for baked goods, salads, meats, fruit cakes, vegetable mixes, soups and many more.
