25 quart, S/S, vertical bowl chopper / mixer speeds dependent on product and mix time. All 304 S/S contact parts, with a 17" Dia x 10" Deep mixing bowl, 14" L bottom twin chopper / mixing blades, 90 deg tilt with 6" W product discharge lip, and a plexiglass flip up, bolt down cover with saftey lock, and attached side bowl scraper. Variable speed controls, start / stop, run / jog with chopper timer control dial, and mounted on mild steel 4 leg base frame.
