Automatic chub filling, double clip closing system rated up to 50 cycles per minute - depending on casing and portion size. Consists of Vemag Model HP15C hydraulic driven vacuum stuffer, has 36" dia x 36" deep, 350 litre, tilt back, S/S product hopper with auger, side scraper and cover. Double screw product feed system, 40 bar maximum filling pressure, sanitary threaded discharge, top sample / site port with filter screen, knee level adjustment lever, vacuum gauge and oil-less vacuum pump. Poly Clip DFC 8161 double clipper for medium to large product chubs up to 200mm dia and can handle fibrous, collagen, and synthetic type casings, double clip magazine, for series 8700 clips, with 400 clip maximum capacity, 40" L product roller conveyor, adjustable link sizer flap, iris separator and skin brake.
