Automatic, self locking tray former rated up to 30 trays per minute - depending on materials and application. Tray size: 11" to 24" in Length; 8" to 20.5" in Width; 2" to 5" in Height. Equipped with extended frame tray magazine, top tray stop, two suction cup vacuum reciprocating pick and place, bottom tray stop, mandrel ram, minor flap folding plows, major flap plows, minor flap folders, A/B PLC, A/B Panel View, and interlock Lexan safety guarding. Additionally features servo drive and optional quick change adjustments.
