Automatic, stainless steel, continuous motion, shrink, neck bander or sleever and steam tunnel rated up to 130 cpm - depending on materials and application. Band size range: 10mm to 75mm in Diameter; 15mm to 180mm in Height. Equipped with 60" long x 2-1/2" wide product conveyor (requires belt), 24" dual worm screw in feed, 20" diameter sleeve reel, static eliminator, knife cut-off, PLC and interlock safety guarding.
Steam tunnel. Aperture: 10" in Height; 7" in Width; 80" in Length. Dual zone chamber with 4 rows of tubes on each side 16 rows total and adjustable steam distributors with external steam volume flow controls, temperatures up to 195 Deg F. Features: Steam filter, thermo-couple, and 120 " long x 2-1/2" wide conveyor (requires belt). Mounted on stainless steel frame.
