Complete batching system (3) 100 Gallon, stainless steel, hot water jacketed single motion side scrap kettles with 2Hp, (3) positive displacement pumps, jacketed discharge piping, Allen Bradley PLC, touch screen for batching. Each kettle has bulk feed funnels with lids, temperature probes. Vessel dimensions: 40" in Diameter; 24" Straight wall. Equipped with flip top covers, 2.5" OD top cover inlets, center bridge mounted scrape surface agitation, paddle shaped baffles, 1" OD jacket inlet/outlets, cone bottoms, injection ports, 4" sanitary discharges, 1/2 hp positive displacement pumps, recirculation system, 48" x 144" stainless steel platform and guarding system. Mounted on stainless steel legs.
