Petzholdt-Heidenauer, Model PVS 2000, carbon steel, low pressure jacket, chocolate conche mixer with total capacities up to 2000 kilograms per batch – depending on materials and application. Vessel dimensions: 80" OD x 48" Deep. Dome top with bridge mounted 15 Hp motor drive for spray system, 19" x 16" top manway with lift off cover and temperature probe, side and bottom scrape surface agitation with 100 Hp bottom motor drive and inner stationary baffles. Full side and bottom low pressure jacket, dual 7" OD flanged end bottom discharges with (4) 1/2" bolt holes on 4" centers and 28" floor clearence. Detached remote control panel has left and right grind, conche pump start and stop push buttom controls with e-stop and temperature contoller. Mounted on 90" long x 24" wide heavy duty carbon steel platform style base frame.
