AMS Filling Systems model A400 Filler and model FA-800 auger feeder. Model FA-800 auger feeder rated up to 140 ft³ of product per hour – depending on materials, application and product density. Equipped with 36” long x 36” wide x 26” deep stainless steel product hopper, 4" OD x 120" long stainless steel product conveying screw, 4½" OD x 96" long flexible poly tube and has top mounted 3 Hp motor drive with 6” ID product discharge port and 90" ground clearance. Control panel has push button start / stop / jog controls and VFD. Model A400, single head, auger filler rated from 4 to 40 containers per minute with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Stainless steel construction. Equipped with 22" OD (16 gallon) agitated product hopper with dust cover, 7" OD charge port and level detector. Control panel has A/B HMI touch screen display with start and stop push buttons. Mounted on platform style basewith leveling legs.

Capsugel Model Ultra 8 ll, Semi automatic, stainless steel powder or pellet capsule filler rated up to 33,000 capsules per hour – depending on materials, application, size capsule being run and operator dexterity. Capable of handling capsule sizes: 000, 00, 0 and 1 thru 5 with proper change parts. Equipped with fill ring holder, empty capsule hopper, slide gate magazine, vacuum rectifier head, with clockwise rotation indexing ring, index brake, product hopper with top mounted agitation, self-contained horizontal hydraulic closing system, oil-less vacuum pump, excess product receptacle and has push button controls. Zacmi / Great Lakes Foods, Model 023-B-40, Automatic, stainless steel, 40 head rotary volumetric telescopic pocket filler with number of containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. All stainless steel construction designed for filling solid particles such as various vegetables, peas, beans etc with particle size up to 15mm x 15mm x 15mm. Temperature range from 44 Degrees F (7 Degrees C) to 203 Degess F (95 Degrees C) for any thawed or I.Q.F. products and filling variations depending on product (such as particle size, density, temperature and moisture content) as well as product quality and ability to feed product to constant level in product tank. Container size per application. Equipped with 64" OD table and has (40) 3" x 1-1/2" telescopic filling heads set on 6" centers, overhead feed system and no container / no fill. Control panel has A/B swing arm controller with panelview and has start, stop, reset and e-stop push button controls, Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with cage style interlock safety guarding.
Designed to dose granular or powder products into rigid containers. Working principle product to be dosed is transferred onto a filling plate and directed over the telescope filling section. Filling occurs by gravity and the container is vibrated for product settlement inside.

Thiele / Slidell Model 3120, Automatic, single spout net weigh, bag filling and sealing system rated from 4 to 20 bags per minute – depending on materials and application. Bag size range: 11" to 19" in Width 15" to 41.6" PBOM and 14" to 40.6" for SOM, Poly and Woven Poly bags in Length and capable of handling a variety of free-flowing products such as pet food, animal feed, molasses feeds, poly pellets and others. Equipped with empty bag magazine, (6) vacuum suction cup pic n place, bag opener, top feeder / weighing system (type filler per application) and in line poly bag sealer. Control panel has (2) A/B PLC controllers one for filler one for bagger with A/B panelview touchscreen controls and trim and dribble control dials. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
