Sealer bag equipment or bag sealing equipment is designed to seal various kinds of pre-made bags or pouches. Bags can be sealed using impulse heat, hot melt glue, hot air (to re-activate pre-applied glue), thread stitching, or many other bag sealing methods. Depending on the bag sealer machine, the bag may have the opening of the bag folded over prior to sealing. Bag sealers can be designated as semi-automatic or automatic. Semi-automatic bag sealers require the operator to present the bag to the bag sealer in the proper manner and to activate the bag sealing cycle. The operator is responsible for closing the bag, and tucking the bags flaps, if necessary. The operator is also responsible for discharging the bag from the machine. Automatic bag sealers have the bag fed into the bag sealer automatically with a conveyor or by some other method. The bag sealer then automatically closes the bag, automatically tucks the bag flaps if necessary, and automatically seals the bag.
Fischbein Model PILS 300, Top pinch, inner liner hot air bag sealer rated up to 75 linear feet per minute with number of bags – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Multi-wall paper, pinch bag sealer that has a preapplied hot-melt adhesive strip and heat-sealable polyethylene or foil inner liners, can also be used to seal standard pinch-style bags that do not have inner liners. Equipped with 192" long x 12" wide powered bag belt conveyor, pre-heating station for pre-applied glue with single fold over station, final bag heat sealing and cooling section also hand crank height adjustable. Control panel control panel has digital temperature display, key pad for variable speed control, and dual emergency stop buttons.and machine start / stop button. Breakaway design eliminates costly downtime caused by bag jams while allowing easy cleaning and service of the hot air manifold and bag folder. Mounted on height adjustable frame with casters to roll over existing conveyor.

Fischbein Model PBC 6000, right to left, pre-applied glue, bag heat sealer rated from 0 to 85 linear feet per minute with number of bags – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Bag size range: 4" to 26" in Width up to 56" Length. Filled bag weight from 1 lbs to 110 lbs, will run most gusseted and flat bags. Equipped with front break away channel, bag guide with folding plow for single fold, electric heater to heat up and activate pre-applied glue, adjustable pressure 12" long dual compression belt section. Control panel has touch pad with heater on / off and motor run, auto, stop switches, bag jam detection, over temperature sensor shut down, with start, stop, e-stop push button controls. Mounted on hand crank height adjustable base frame with casters and 10′ long x 12" wide black PVC product belt conveyor.

Bandrite Model 6000, Automatic, in line, band style bag sealer rated from 0 to 750 inches per minute with number of bags – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with angled sealing tilt away head has ¾" wide heat sealing and cooling bars with non-marking carrier belts, adjustable running speeds and temperature controls up to 600 Deg F. bag trim station, 1 line coder and hand crank height adjustable for different size bags. Heat and cool down on / off, temperature controller and speed control dial. Mounted over 6" wide x 96" long stainless steel belt conveyor with adjustable guides and powered by ¼ Hp drive.

Equipped with bag trim station, 1 line coder, ¾" wide heat sealing bar and cooling bar, angled sealing and tilt away drive head, non-marking carrier belts with adjustable running speeds and temperature controls up to 600 Deg F. Hand crank height adjustable for different size bags. Mounted over 6" wide x 100" long belt conveyor with adjustable guide rails and powered by ¼ Hp drive.

Fischbein, Model HAS 300, right to left, hot air bag sealer rated from 30 to 60 linear feet per minute with number of bags – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Capable of running most heat sealable pillow and gusseted bags with maximum bag thickness of 10 mils and free bag top of 6" minimum. Equipped with 48" long dual compression belt sealing section. Control panel has push button start / stop. Digital touch pad controls for heat, roller tension and air pressure. Up / down switch and VFD speed control. Mounted on powered height adjustable powder coated steel frame with casters.

Miller Weldmaster Corporation, Model PS150, Pre-applied glue / weldable thermal plastic, hot air bag sealer. Rated up to 35 bags per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with front bag guide, folding plow for single fold, electic heater up to 1,450 Deg F and has a seal width from 1" to 2" with dual compression belt section. Control panel has A/B controller with touch screen HMI, start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons with statis light bar. Mounted on height adjustable frame with casters, leveling legs and 10′ long x 12" wide black PVC product belt conveyor. This poly-woven bag top-closing machine seals any poly-woven, thermoplastic, or paper bags.

Bosch / Doboy, Model GS1000S, double fold, hot melt glue bag sealer. Bag Width: 3½" to 15". Weight 3 to 20lbs. Equipped with 180" long by 4½" wide conveyor, top bag carrier chain, rotary top trim station, initial fold station, hot melt glue station, secondary fold station with compression section and interlocked guarding. Control for variable speed, run / jog and e-stop. Mounted on locking casters. Rated up to 100 feet per minute. Number of bags dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.
