Woody, 24" wide pattern decorator stringer. Equipeed with (2) 2"OD / ½"ID tri-clamp supply fittings, 24" wide applicator and touch screen HMI. Mounted on (4) leg height adjustable frame with safety guarding.

All Food, stainless steel, inline decorator. Equipped with a 46" wide x 72" long Neoprene belt, an adjustable oscilating depositor with 42" wide head supplied by 2"OD / ¾"ID Tri-Clamp fittings, overhead heater bar finisher and belt scrape re-claim with 12" long x 48" wide x 8" deep heated collection hopper. Control panel with push button start / stop, variable speed controls and heater controls. Mounted on a 4 leg stainless steel frame.

Wolf Model DECO DW 1800Z, 40 head 69" wide, pattern decorator set on 1-5/8" centers and is capable of doing up to 400 movements a minute and 99 different patterns with number of product – depending on materials and application. Equipped with electric heating on the receiving blocks and nozzle bank and control box. Mount above existing conveyor or intrigrated with an enrober.
