Hansella, Model 19H, batch candy twist former. Rated up to a max of 75 Kg (165 lbs) batches. Equipped with (4) stainless steel conical, ribbed and steam heated product rollers measuring 72" long, (2) 6" dia and (2) 9" dia at base, all 1½" dia at tip. Used to form a rope from sugar batch. The 4 cone rollers are arranged in such a way that the sugar batch, with or without center, striped or plain, pulled or ordinary, is formed into an even cone in which the unpulled product is continuously reduced in size until it reaches the desired thickness at the discharge end.
