Tisma, Model TC-50 DE, semi automatic, vertical hand load cartoner with hot melt glue sealer. Rated from up to 140 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Single chain unit set on 5" centers. Carton specifications: 1" – 3½" (length) x ½" – 3" (width) x 2½" – 8" (depth) Equipped with a 48" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary suction cup pick n place, fixed product pockets, 66" long hand load area on each side and Nordson hot melt glue system with pattern control. Control panel has an AB CPU, with PanelView 550 controller and digital read out with start / jog / reset / e-stop push button controls. Mounted on welded tubular base frame with interlock safety guarding.
