A Conveyor Screw is a system that uses the rotation of a screw to move products horizontal or even up a small incline. Screw conveyors use various screw diameters and screw lengths.
American Process Systems, 9" diameter x 65" long, stainless steel screw conveyor. Equipped with a 9" diameter screw on a 3" diameter shaft with 5" centers on infeed and 9" centers on discharge, 22" x 17" inlet and a 12" x 12" discharge.

Hapman, screw conveyor and product hopper. Rated from 120 to 360 ft³ / h with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application, environment and machine configuration. Equipped with 35” long x 35” wide x 32” deep stainless steel product hopper, 4" diameter x 144" long product auger conveying screw, 5" ID x 96" long flexable poly tube and top mounted 3 Hp motor drive has 6” OD product discharge port with 96" ground clearance. Equipped with 36” long x 36” wide x 30” deep stainless steel product hopper with safety grid, tree agitation and vibratory agitation, 2¾" OD x 168" long stainless steel product auger conveying screw, 3" ID x 128" long flexible poly tube and top mounted 2 Hp motor drive has 6” OD product discharge port with 113" ground clearance. Control panel with raise / lower switch, variable speed, E-stop and start / stop and reverse push button controls. Rated dependant on materials, application and machine configuration. Mounted on stainless frame with casters.

Equipped with 36” x 36” x 28” deep product hopper with bag dump hood, 4" diameter x 108" long stainless steel screw within 4½" diameter rigid stainless steel tube and 6” diameter product discharge port with 69"discharge height. Powered by a two speed 3 / 2 Hp top drive motor. Control box features forward / reverse, stop and reset buttons. Mounted on four leg frame with locking casters.

Equipped with a 10" diameter screw on a 3" diameter shaft with 8" centers, 10½" wide hull with a bottom mounted 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp style drain, 36" long x 33" wide x 18" deep supply hopper, 90" discharge height and Bottom mounted 2 Hp drive. Mounted on stainless steel legs with casters.

Control panel with push button start/stop and run/jog dial. Mounted on stainless steel base with locking casters.
