Cutter Slicer Chopper Processor is a classification of equipment that is used to size reduce a wide variety of materials. Cutter, slicer, chopper processing operations can be either done in a batch or continuous manner. This operation can cut the material in several directions to achieve the desired effect in size reduction and consistency. Some machinery has specific operations and has this operation classified to meet a specific operation for size reduction such as a mince master.
Urschel, Model Diversacut Sprint, Stainless steel, dicer, slicer, strip cutter with inclined feeder used for a variety of food products with number of pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 16" x 17" product hopper with 61" high in feed, swing open locking access door with safety interrupt switch, crosscut and circular knifes that accept product up to 6½" in any dimension and 10" x 20" discharge chute with 15½" floor clearence. Control panel has start, stop and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg frame with locking casters.

Urschel Model RAA, USDA approved dicer speeds vary depending on type of product used. Unit is capable of slicing 8000 Lbs/Hr of Pineapple at high speeds and 5000 Lbs/Hr of Macadamia nuts at high intermediate speeds. Unit will cut pieces as small as 1/16" x 1/8" x 1/16" and as large as 3/8" x 1/2" x 3/4". To cut different size pieces change parts are needed. Capable of cutting raw, cooked, or tempered frozen beef1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16 or 3/8" (3.2, 4.0, 4.8, 6.4, 7.9, or 9.5 mm) cubes and strips, and pieces such as 1/8 x 3/8 x 3/8" (3.2 x 9.5 x 9.5 mm) or 1/4 x 1/4 x 1/2" (6.4 x 6.4 x 13 mm).Unit is all stainless steel USDA approved. Urschel, Model Affinity, Stainless steel dicer, has the ability to process high-fat, coldtemperature, and otherwise normally difficult products, with the amount of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Slice thickness 1/8 – 3/4" (3.2 – 19.1 mm), crosscut 1/8 – 2" (3.2 – 50.8 mm) and circular knife spindles 1/8 – 3" (3.2 – 76.2 mm) for a full range of dices, crumbles / granulations. Equipped with a 10½" x 14" x 17" deep infeed hopper that accepts products up to 7" (178 mm), built-in feed assists in feeding and orientation of product with 25 HP drive and 12" x 13" discharge chute with 24" ground clearance. Equipped with 12" ID x 16" Deep double cone product hopper with 5"diameter feed throat, 6" diameter x 3" deep milling chamber with (4) 2½" dog leg style high-speed rotating impeller and cutting head with vertical blades, 20" diameter product discharge with 25" floor clearance. Powered by a 15 Hp motor drive. Control panel has push botton start / stop controls. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters. Urschel Model RA, stainless steel dicer and slicer for a variety of food products with volumes per hour -depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Size range: 1/16" to 3/8" Slicing Knife; 1/8" to 1" Circular Knife; 0.05" to 3" Crosscut Knife. Accepts products up to 3-1/2" in any dimension. Equipped with feed hopper, discharge chute and lift off safety guarding. Able to "strip cut" with removal of crosscut knife. Mounted on (4) leg frame. Change parts required per application.

Equipped with 30" long x 22" wide x 28" deep product hopper and 8" straight wall. 27" long x 14" diameter beater bar with (10) 5" long x 3" wide paddles powered by a 2 Hp drive, 6" diameter auger feeder with 6" centers powered by a 3 Hp drive, stationary cutting head and rotating impeller powered by 40 Hp drive. Equipped with 35" x 9" load area with feed belt and adjustable feed roll allowing for positive product feed of all thicknesses from 3/8" to 1". Mounted on base frame with casters. Slice thickness range from 1/16" to 3/8", circular knives range from 1/8" to 1" and crosscut knives range from 1/8" to 1½" spacing (with proper change parts). Equipped with top-mounted stainless steel product feed hopper. Control panel has start, stop and safety controls. Mounted on stainless steel frame with locking casters. Change parts required to accommodate different size ranges with excellent results on a variety of cheese and meat products.

Genmac Model 2501Hydrauflaker, Stainless steel, frozen block breaker. Block sizes up to 24" in Length: 24" in Width; 10" in Height. Equipped with 30" wide x 69" long product feed table, 22" wide x 6-1/2" high hydraulic ram and eight blade rotary drum assembly. Additionally features safety cover with interlock. Discharge chute with 28" floor clearance. Rated dependent on materials, application machine configuration and operator dexterity.
