Coupon inserters / feeders are designed to feed coupons into cartons, bags or bottles. The coupons can come in either a pre-cut stack or in a bandolier style where each individual coupon is separated from the rest of the coupon roll. A coupon inserter / feeder for pre-cut product will pick off one piece of product from a magazine using a one or many vacuum cups. The arm, which carries the vacuum cup, then rotates the product and discharges the product at the proper location by releasing the vacuum on the product. The arm can have a rotary or reciprocating motion. Rotary pick & place machines can be designed with multiple arms for additional output.
Thiele twin Series 32 high-speed rotary placer can handle literature sizes ranging from 1" x 1" to 6" x 6" at speeds up to 600 placements per minute (each). Tray or plate size ranges from 2" x 2" x 1/4" deep up to 5" x 6" x 1" deep at speeds up to 200 cycles per minute. 4 head rotary placer, line shaft driven, equipped with (16) suctions (8 on each unit) to provide accurate and precise placement, 1/2 Hp vacuum pump and emergency stop button. Units mounted on twin steel height adjustable stands for easy changeover as well as adjustable height screw legs.

Streamfeeder, Model P-1250, Automatic, card and coupon feeder, with product speed up to 14,000 per hour based on CR-80 at + / – .125" tolerance – depending materials, application and machine configuration. Product size range: 2½" to 14" in Length; 2" to 10½" in Width; 0.003" to 1" Thick. Equipped with 24" high coupon magazine, feed transport belts and trigger sensor eye. Control panel has touch pad controls with readout and start, stop push buttons. Mounted on base stand with casters and leveling legs.

Streamfeeder, Model IT-1250U, Automatic, servo driven, "U" card feeder with belt speeds up to 7000" per minute and number of product – depending materials, application and machine configuration. Stainless steel construction, designed to feed, form and dispense a variety of cards, trays and labels in U, J and L configurations, then be placed on a variety of conveyor streams for product placement and wrapping. Product size: 2.5" to 14" in Length; 2" to 12" in Width per application and .003" to 1" in Thickness. Equipped with 24" high stainless steel one-knob side guide positioning and adjustable former, vacuum assit, miss-detect and product separtator. Streamfeeder control panel has A/B PLC controller with HMI touch screen interface and e-stops. Mounted on height adjustable stand.

Streamfeeder, Model IT-1250 EX, Automatic, servo driven card and coupon feeder with belt speeds up to 7000" per minute and number of product – depending materials, application and machine configuration. Operates on one-shot and batch feeding from 1 to 99 batch size with tool-less adjustment. Product size range: 2.5" to 14" in Length; 2" to 12" in Width; 0.003" to 1" in Thickness. Equipped with 24" high coupon magazine, vacuum gum rubber transport feed belts with trigger sensor eye. Streamfeeder control panel has Mitsubishi PLC controller with HMI touch screen interface and e-stops. Mounted on height adjustable stand .
