Filler Paste Twin is a two head piston paste filler which fills four containers at a time with paster. Twin paste fillers draw paste into two pistons (usually from a hopper) as the pistons draws back.
When the pistons push forward, a rotary drum valve rotates and pushes the paste down through the filling nozzles and into the containers. Volume of fill can be adjusted by changing the length of the piston stroke.
Inline, 2 head piston filler, rated at speeds 2 to 20 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Fill range of: 16 – 128 ounces. Equipped with 10′ indexing conveyor, 29" L x 20" W x 21" D, S/S product hopper and two one gallon stainless steel pistons with 1" ID nozzles set on 8" centers. OAD: 125" L x 74" W x 76" H
REB, semi-automatic, stainless steel, dual head piston filler and depositor with number of containers per minute / hour – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Rated to 128 oz per piston. (with proper change parts). Equipped with 16" ID x 20" deep stainless steel product hopper, (2) 5" ID x 16" long (128oz) pistons and (2) 2"OD / 1½"ID Tri-clamp discharge connections. Mounted on stainless steel drip pan base.

CMI Industries, Model Contact 110 SM, lipstick filling machine. Rated from 15 to 20 pieces per min. Equipped with 48" long mould pre-heat tunnel, (2) head peristaltic pump hot filler with diving nozzles and 16" diameter x 17" deep agitated supply hopper, top heat station, 103" long (3) zone chiller, 34" diameter rotary puck station, (4) head stick demould / load station and (4) head stick twist-to-close station. Control panel with Siemens controller and touch screen HMI.

Orics, Model VFND1603, automatic, stainless steel, 3 head piston filler with hopper. Rated from 5 to 30 cycles per minute with number of containers – depending on materials and application. Fill size range: 1 oz to 20 oz (per piston). Equipped with 18" diameter x 27" deep stainless steel product hopper with top cover. (3) 3" ID x 6" long stainless steel air assist pistons and (3) 2"OD / 1½"ID Triclamp discharge connections. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leveling leg frame with casters.

Twin piston, S/S, filler capable of speeds 10 to 60 cpm (depending on application), min/max fill rane of 3 oz – 16 oz, with an accuracy of +/- 0.1%. Unit has a 4 ft³ (30 gal) S/S bulk product hopper, (2) 3" ID x 4"L pistons, and a height adjustable column with hydraulic jack assist for a 41"H – 46"H discharge. Mounted on a common base frame with (4) legs and casters.

Geyer, Model Fillmaster 5000, stainless steel, dual piston filler / depositor. Rated from 4oz to 36oz fills each piston at speeds from 10 to 40 containers per minute with volume and number of products per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 20" diameter x 21" deep 12 gallon stainless steel product hopper, two 36oz pistons with1" OD positive cut-off diving nozzles and a 4½" wide x 144" long stainless steel Delrin variable speed conveyor with pneumatic indexing. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.

Hinds-Bock, Model 2P-64I, stainless steel, dual head piston filler / depositor. Rated to 64oz per piston. Equipped with 30" long x 18" wide x 27" deep (7.8 ft³) stainless steel product hopper with variable speed agitation, two 64 oz pistons, two 1½" OD positive cut-off nozzles set on 5" centers, height adjustable column with current discharge height of 36½". Mounted on H style stainless steel base frame with casters. Speed dependant on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity.
