Filler Powder Bulk is a type of filler used in large portion packaging operation for filling bags of product ranging from 2 to 100 pounds and includes the bulk sack operation for the 1000-kilo filling of dry materials. Filling rates are a function of the package size with the large containers being able to be filled at 1 to 3 per minute to up to 40 to 60 bags per minute for smaller sizes. Bulk powder fillers can be a single fill station of a multiple filling station either line or rotary in operation.
CBE, Model 205, Auger fed, valve bag filler capable of handling a varity of powders, flakes and granular products rated from 1 to 6 bags per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. All 304 stainless steel contact parts. Fill range: 20 to 110 lbs (9-50KG) with typical scale weight accuraies + / – .5% of target weight. Equipped with 16" long x 13" wide x 32" deep product hopper with 12" OD top port and auger feeder with 5 Hp belt motor drive, to stainless steel 2-1/2" OD filling tube with adjustable bag rest, with working temperatures 40 to 90 Deg F. Control panel has DBE filler controller with touch pad controls and start, stop, e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty steel frame.

Thiele, model 6128, gross weigh bagging scale system. Capable of weighs from 20 to 110 lbs with accuracy of 1 to 3 oz. Rated up to 12 bags per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Equipped with a 23½" wide x 240" long cleated incline feed conveyor with 15" wide x 1" high cleats set on 6" centers with a 115" discharge height, 39" x 39" x 24" deep product hopper with a 8" x 8" feed throat, 55" x 36" platform set 85" off the ground with 40" high guard rails and 10" wide pneumatic bag clamp with 51" ground clearance.

Sytem rated from 2 to 15 bags per minute and fill ranges from 10 lbs to 110 lbs. – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Equipped with a 83" long x 78" wide 100 FT³ product hopper, Hamer model 600NW+ gravity servo bagging scale with an 8" long x 6" wide bag clamp, Fischbein model B2600 bag sealer mounted above a 12" wide x 132" long belt conveyor, 36" wide x 93" long bag orientation conveyor, 24" wide x 89" long bag compression conveyor, 24" wide x 72" long gravity roller conveyor and 27" wide x 58" long stainless steel top table. Thiele / Slidell Model 3120, Automatic, single spout net weigh, bag filling and sealing system rated from 4 to 20 bags per minute – depending on materials and application. Bag size range: 11" to 19" in Width 15" to 41.6" PBOM and 14" to 40.6" for SOM, Poly and Woven Poly bags in Length and capable of handling a variety of free-flowing products such as pet food, animal feed, molasses feeds, poly pellets and others. Equipped with empty bag magazine, (6) vacuum suction cup pic n place, bag opener, top feeder / weighing system (type filler per application) and in line poly bag sealer. Control panel has (2) A/B PLC controllers one for filler one for bagger with A/B panelview touchscreen controls and trim and dribble control dials. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
