Electric kettles, or electrically fired kettles, are self-contained kettles that use electricity to heat water contained within a jacket around the kettle. The hot water in the jacket of the electric kettle provides the heat necessary to heat or cook the substance within the kettles interior. Electrically fired jackets are generally used for kettles of relatively smaller capacities.

Interior slant bottom with 2"OD / 1½"ID NPT to Tri-Clamp side bottom discharge with 17" floor clearence Control panel has thermostat heat controller and pressure gauge. Mounted (3) height adjustable legs.

Equipped with 14" inside diameter x 11" in depth product mix bowl, top mounted scrape surface agitation powered by a 1/3 hp drive, pressure relief valve and side lever product tilt discharge. Agitation has on / off switch with temperature control dial for 6.3 Kw heater.
