Glue Thermal Machines

Thermal glue labelers are designed to label products, bottles, or containers by activating pre-applied dried glue on the back of a label by applying heat to the label, and applying the label to a container.

Thermal glue labelers use labels that have glue applied to the back of the label and dried prior to loading the labels into the machine. (Thermal labels are bought with the glue already applied to the back of the label.) The thermal glue labeler will re-activate the dried glue on the back of the label by applying heat to the label.

Once the glue on the back of the label has been re-activated, the thermal glue labeler applies the label to the container or product. Thermal glue labels can come in either roll stock or pre-cut form.
