Metal detecting conveyors are metal detecting units or heads that have been integrated with a plastic conveyor belt running through the metal detecting head to carry product through the metal detector.
Often metal detectors with conveyors are designed with a mechanism to reject or discharge products or packages in which metal has been detected. Metal detectors can be designed with a number of different reject mechanisms, including mechanical pusher arms, pneumatic air blow-offs, conveyor stops, drop noses, and diverter gates.

Equipped with 19-¾" wide x 70" long white flex link product conveyor with 32" infeed and discharge height and push arm ram reject. Sensitivities: depending on product, container and enviorment being run in. Environment to be dry and is wipe down applicalble. Temperature range -10 to +40 Deg C, 14 to 104 Deg F. Control panel has touch screen HMI, with start, stop, e-stop push button controls and signal tower and is Ethernet and USB capable. Mounted on (4) leg base frame.

Sensitivities: depending on product, container and environment being run in. Control panel has touch screen HMI and statis light. Mounted on (4) leg base frame with casters.

Useable Aperture: 5" in Height; 13" in Width. Equipped with 12" wide x 46" long table top conveyor system with 34½" infeed and discharge height with stop belt reject. Sensitivities: depending on product, container and enviorment being run in. Touch pad operator interface controller. with e-stop. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel frame.
