A revolving pan system is a system of revolving pans involving multiple revolving pans mounted on a common frame. Revolving pans (coatings pans, coating drums) are used to coat product with different substances. The product is loaded into the revolving pan and the coating is either placed in the pan with the product or sprayed on using a spray bar which is positioned inside the revolving pan. As an example of what Revolving pans are capable of, picture your sugar coating on your morning cereal.
Foodesign / Spray Dynamic, Model QSD – 3072 – SD / 201, is a 29" OD, stainless steel, continuous motion coating drum with production rates per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 29" OD x 78" long coating drum with (12) 2" wide fixed interior soft flight baffles 22" diameter charge, 24" diameter discharge at 35" high, Unispense dry ingrediants feeder and liquid spray system. Control panel has Unispence start, stop, enable buttons with speed controller and digital readout.

Mounted on a stainless steel frame with ¾ Hp blower and ¾ Hp pump.

Automatic dry ingredients feed system, with 12" x 10" x 16" agitated supply hopper. Control panel with AB controller and touch screen HMI. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.

Equipped with a 45" wide intralox style belt, (28) slot jacketed spray bar with a 4½"OD / 1"ID flanged product supply port, rear mounted blower fan and top 6"OD exhaust connection. Control panel with push button start / stop controls, temperature displays and variable belt speed control.

Gerhard Steinberg, Model DK120, dual 48" diameter, copper, doughnut shaped, coating pan system. Equipped with (2) 48" diameter x 30" deep coating bowls with 30" diameter product access ports and 32" ground clearance, (2) model WL-6 0.34 hp blowers and liquid spray nozzles. Control panel with coating output on / off switch, rotation direction switch, manual / auto switch and tilt up / down switch. Mounted on a heavy duty base.

30" Diameter, stainless steel, continuous motion coating drum with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 30" diameter by 88" long coating drum with (12) fixed bar baffles, (4) nozzle spray bar, 12" x 20½" feed throat at a height of 80", 12" x 6" discharge with 15" ground clearance. Control panel has AB touch pad controls. Mounted (4) leg heavy duty painted base frame.

Moline Model DSM2000, continous, stainless steel, powdered, granulated or cinnamon sugar rumbler for donut coating system rated from 500 to 2000 dozen donuts per hour – depending on materials and application. Drum specifications: 24" ID; 88" in Length with 1" long x 1/2" wide inside drum perfs and flip open bolt down cover. Equipped with 36" long in feed chute and 24" ID discharge both have 36" floor clearence, and 10" OD discharge end sugar recycle chute with 63" long x 16" wide x 22" deep stainless steel reclaim suger bin with flip up cover, and inner / outer paddles as well as 4" OD stainless steel bottom feed screw to 80" long incline cleated feeder with 6" wide belt and 1-1/2" hjigh cleats on 6" centers with cover.
