Bosch / Doboy, Model GS1000S, double fold, hot melt glue bag sealer. Bag Width: 3½" to 15". Weight 3 to 20lbs. Equipped with 180" long by 4½" wide conveyor, top bag carrier chain, rotary top trim station, initial fold station, hot melt glue station, secondary fold station with compression section and interlocked guarding. Control for variable speed, run / jog and e-stop. Mounted on locking casters. Rated up to 100 feet per minute. Number of bags dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.

Equipped with top bag carrier chain, rotary trimmer, (2) fold stations, outer glue seal station with Nordson hot melt glue applicator and 36" long compression section with hand crank height adjustable frame. Control panel has touch pad controls, glue gun and glue heat on / off switches and Lexan safety guarding. Mounted on (6) leg base frame with casters.
