Frain Industries can help you with your hot air bag sealer project no matter how big or small your sealing needs. Hot Air Bag sealers use hot air to re-activate glue already applied to the bag to seal it. The glue was applied and allowed to dry when the bag was manufactured. When reactivated hot-melt glue is used, the glue is applied to the seal area of the bags during the bag making process and allowed to dry. After the bag has been filled and the top has been formed, the glue is reactivated and the seal is made by applying heat to the glued area and pressing the surfaces together. Hot air or a heated sealing bar can be used to reactivate the hot-melt glue, and rollers may be used to press the surfaces together.
Fischbein, Model PBC 6000, right to left, pre-applied glue, bag heat sealer. Rated from 0 to 85 linear feet per minute with number of bags – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Bag size range: 4" to 26" in Width up to 56" Length. Filled bag weight from 1 lbs to 110 lbs, will run most gusseted and flat bags. Equipped with front break away channel, bag guide with folding plow for single fold, electric heater to heat up and activate pre-applied glue, adjustable pressure 12" long dual compression belt section. Fischbein, Model PILS 330, Pinch top inner liner (Cap Sac) continuous bag sealer sequentially seals and perforates inner bag’s liner. Rated up to 75 linear feet per minute with number of bags – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. PILS-330 sealer separates and seals the inner plastic bag from the top of the outer paper bag and reactivates the bag’s pre-applied hot melt adhesive strip and automatically folds over the top of bag forming the perfect sift-proof bag closure. Seals the bag in (2) stages, effectively creating a bag inside a bag. Equipped with pre-heating station for pre-applied glue with single fold over station, final bag heat sealing and cooling area and is hand crank height adjustable. Control panel has digital temperature display, key pad for variable speed control with machine start / stop button and dual emergency e-stop buttons. Mounted on height adjustable frame with casters to roll over existing conveyor.

Miller Weldmaster Corporation, Model PS150, Pre-applied glue / weldable thermal plastic, hot air bag sealer. Rated up to 35 bags per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with front bag guide, folding plow for single fold, maximum temperature up to 1,450 Deg F and has a seal width from 1" to 2.5" with dual compression belt section. Control panel has A/B controller with touch screen HMI, start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons with statis light bar. Mounted on height adjustable frame with casters, leveling legs and has 10′ long x 12" wide black PVC product belt conveyor. This poly-woven bag top-closing machine seals any poly-woven, thermoplastic, or paper bags.
