ABC, Model 436T, automatic, continuous motion, top case closer and sealer. Rated 10 to 75 cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Capable of handling both RSC, CSSC cases. Case size range: 8" to 24" in Length; 6" to 17" in Width; 4" to16" in Height. Equipped with 115" long x 8" wide belt case conveyor with metering belt, pneumatic arm closer, top flap folders and 2" dekka tape head.

Equipped with 60" long automatic blank case magazine, suction cup pick and place, lugged walking beam case in feed and suction cup case erector, lugged walking beam case transfer with major and minor flap closers and 2" dekka tape head. Control panel has AB PLC with a touch screen HMI.

Case size range: 8" to 24" in Length; 6" to 16" in Width; 4-1/2" to 18" in Height Equipped with 70" long x 2" wide belt case transfer conveyor with top flap closer and plows with rear flap tuckers hand crank adjustable and 2" top tape head with plexiglass safety guarding doors. Control panel with A/B poweflex vari-speed controller has on / off switch and start, stop push buttons. Mounted on height adjustable frame.

Case size range; 7" to 22" in Length; 5¾" to 16" in Width; 7" to 22" in Height. Knock down dimmensions: 12" to 38" in Length; 8" to 29¼" in Width both (RSC) and (HSC) cases. Equipped with 72" long (2) belt blank case magazine, suction cup pick and place, walking beam case transfer, 48" long x 2½" wide dual upper and lower case belt drive transports thru the 2" tape head. Control panel has start / e-stop push buttons controls with flip up, interlock safety guarding. Mounted on heavy duty frame with leveling legs.

Control panel has A/B Micrologix controller with A/B panelview touch pad controls, statis light bar, light curtain and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame with flip-up safety guarding.

Capable of handling both RSC, CSSC cases. Case size range: 8" to 24" in Length; 6" to 17" in Width; 4" to 17" in Height (glue), 16" in Height (tape). Equipped with 112" long x 8" wide belt case transfer conveyor with rotary top flap closers and currently set up with Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue systemand has 52" long top, dual side x side 2" wide roller no crush compression section. Remote control panel has A/B servo drive controls with A/B powerflex vari-speed controller, glue / tape and on / bypass / off switches with start / restart and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel base frame, with flip up interlock safety door guarding and statis light bar.

ABC, Model SP19, semi-automatic, case packer. Case size range: 7" to 19.5" in Length; 6" to 16" in Width; 4.5" to 18" in Height. Equipped with 8" wide powered in feed conveyor, carton accumulation section, up stack, pneumatic product transfer and automatic full case lowering onto integrated take away conveyor. Mounted on casters. Rate / Speed dependant on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity.
