Two stage, single plunger, laboratory homogenizer capable of 15 gph and minimum sample size of one pint. All 316 S/S contacts, sub micron dispenser has 8,000 psi continuous operating pressure, 10,000 psi intermittent operating pressure (20 minute maximum), 2 1/8" stroke, ball valve cylinder, and 3-way valve and bypass with S/S tubing. Equipped with pressure gauge. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters.

APV, Model LAB 1000, two stage, homogenizer. Rated output capacity of 6 gallons per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Maximum operating pressure up to 12,000 psi. Equipped with poppet cylinders and CD valve seat, manual homogenizing valve actuator assembly with a 5" diameter x 9" deep hopper infeed, ¼" ID discharge and digital pressure gage.

Gaulin, Model 30 CD, single stage stainless steel homogenizer. Equipped with ball valve cylinders and CD style valve seat. Rated for an output capacity of up to 30 gallons per hour with a maximum operating pressure of up to 15,000 psi. Manual homogenizing valve actuator assembly with a 1" OD / (3/8)" ID tri-clamp style charge port, 1" OD / (3/8)" ID tri-clamp style discharge port and pressure gage up to 30,000 psi. Ball valve head is ideally suited for high-viscosity or abrasive products like, peanut butter, evaporated milk, wax emulsions and lubricants. Cell disruption valve seat is designed to optimize the extraction of intracellular materials like proteins and enzymes
