Low capacity ingredient feeder. Has 1/2 cu.ft. stainless steel ingredient hopper with gentle mixing action, 2 1/2" threaded O.D. inlet, 2" threaded I.D. outlet, spinning discs in hopper to meter ingredients into product stream, and rotary disc to mix product in product stream. Mounted on casters. Incorporates exact amounts of wet or dry ingredients into the finished ice cream.

Crepaco, 300 gallon 316 stainless steel jacketed mix tank. 50" ID x 39" straight wall. Dome top has a 18"diameter man way.with sweep agitation, side baffle and CIP spray ball. Fully dimpled side / bottom low pressure jacket. Cone bottom with 3" center bottom discharge equipped with manual ball valve, and a 34½" discharge height. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs. Equipped with Dodge Hydraulic Motor.

Designed for gentle mixing and blending of delicate food products with the ability to heat or cool and direct pump out. Mixing chamber dimmensions of: 59" Long x 47" Wide x 47" Deep with a filp up counter balanced cover for easy opening and closing. 6" and 1-1/2" Diameter sanitary threaded top inlets and (2) side 2" dia tri clamp inlets and a 3" Diameter tri clamp sanitary center bottom discharge. Vessel can be used for batch processing or incorporated into continuous process system. Last used in the food industry.
