Focke, Model 486, automatic, RSC, case erector, packer and hot melt glue sealer. Rated from 5 to 15 cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Case size range: 8" to 24" in Length x 6" to 24" in Width x 6" to 15" in Depth. Equipped with 105" long x 1/2" wide (2) belt powered blank case magazine, reciprocating pic-n-place, 43" long x 12" wide bottom product in feed conveyor with (1) 3" wide x 24" long and (1) 3" wide x 36" long top hold down conveyors, product up stacker and single arm product ram loader, Nordson hot melt glue system, flap closers and dual roller compression discharge section. Control panel has PLC controller and swing arm touch pad controls with readout, start, stop, e-stop push buttons and seko gauges, interlock safety guarding with statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame.

Control panel has A/B controller and A/B PanelView Plus 1000 touch screen HMI with e-stop and interlocking safety guarding. Mounted on a heavy duty base frame.

Equipped with 64" L x 40" H, powered blank case magazine and reciprocating pic-n-place, 80" long x 11-3/4" wide in feed conveyor with up stacker and single arm ram case loader. Flap closing section with 2" wide top and bottom case tapers, dual 30" long x 3" wide product discharge conveyors each with 32" discharge height. Control panel has A/B controller, with e-stop and interlocking safety guarding. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
