Equipped with a pressurized tank 33-1/2" high x 18" OD x 36" floor clearance with 30mm in feed, 73mm discharge (connected to 27" pipe), 43mm side tank discharge, has 3 legs mounted on mild steel base. Hoppers are equipped with Gemco’s dust-tite spherical solids valves of economical butterfly. Mounted on base frame with casters and 3" floor clearance. D/3 design provides greater particle mobility for more efficient blends and easy cleaning.

Equipped with 11" ID in feed and discharge ports with clamp down covers and intensifier bar. Fill level: 1.0 cubic foot maximum / 0.33 cubic foot minimum, rated at 60 lbs bulk density with maximum working temperature of 40 Deg C or 104 Deg F. Control panel has timers for vessel and agitator with agitation fast, off, slow and agitation timer on, off controls has on, jog, off, switch with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel base frame with safety guarding and locking casters.

Mixing chamber dimensions: 16" in Length; 14" in diameter; (2) 6" high cones and 4" straight wall; 19" distance from floor to center shaft. Equipped with (1) 3½" ID end product port with bolt down cover and 10½" table clearance, liquid solids bar and swing diameter of 18". Control panel has on / off switches for mixer and liquid solids bar. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.
