Intralox, Model ARB. stainless steel, activated roller belt conveyor enables accurate and reliable aligning of products with number of product per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (2) 12" wide x 58" long activated rollers belts powered ½ Hp motor drive with safety guarding has 34" in feed and discharge height. Angled rollers embedded in the belt surface gently align products parallel along the length of the conveyor.
OAD: 60" L x 36" W x 36" H
Stainless steel, two tier, pack off conveyor. Equipped with (2) 14" wide x 132" long stainless steel shelves, (1) 24" wide x 132" long Intralox belt with an infeed and discharge height of 41" and (1) 24" wide x 132" long Intralox belt with an infeed and discharge height of 24". Bottom belt has 9½" overhead clearance. Both belts independently powered by 1 hp drives each with variable speed controls and push button stop / start.

Intralox, Model ARB, Activated Roller Belt conveyor. Enables accurate and reliable merging and aligning of products. Equipped with (2) 16¾" wide x 60" long belts powered by a 1 hp drives. Activated rollers powered by a static plate. Parallel rollers embedded in the belt surface gently align products against 1½" high cleats set on 19½" centers. Belt cleating is offset on the two infeed conveyor sections to index boxes onto the merging conveyor. Merging conveyor equiped with (3) flat top belts. (2) 10" wide x 84" long outside belts pitched toward (1) 14" wide x 95" long center belt powered by (2) 1 hp drives. Cases are also turned 90° to align along the length of the package during the merge.

40" wide and 90" long, stainless steel, flat top Intralox belt conveyor has an infeed / discharge height of 38". Equipped with a ¾ Hp drive and mounted on (4) legs with leveling pads.

Equipped with a 24" wide x 45" long flat top belt infeed conveyor, 24" wide x 57" long belt powered by 1 Hp motor drive. Activated rollers powered by product weight. Conveyor has an in feed and discharge range of 28" to 34". Incoming packages are fed perpendicular to the conveyor. Angled rollers embedded in the belt surface gently rotate the package 90° and align products into a single lane along the length of the package.

Conveyor has an in feed and discharge range of 28" to 34". Incoming packages are fed perpendicular to the conveyor. Angled rollers embedded in the belt surface gently rotate the package 90° and align products into a single lane along the length of the package.
OAD: 170"L x 42"W x 43"H (ARB Conveyor) 96"L x 40"W x 33"H (Infeed Conveyor)
Intralox, Model ARB. Activated Roller Belt conveyors enable accurate and reliable merging and aligning of products. Equipped with a 34" wide x 240" long belt powered by a 1½ hp drive. Activated rollers powered by (2) 1 hp drives. Conveyor has an infeed of 62" and a discharge of 36". Angled rollers embedded in the belt surface gently align products into (3) lanes and orientate packages to make lanes parallel along the length of the package.
