Cartons size range: 1" to 4-1/4" in Length; 3/4" – 4-1/4" in Width; 2-1/2" to 8" in Depth. Equipped with a 2-chain drive set on 5" centers, 3" lugs, 24" carton magazine, 42" of product load area on each side on machine, E-stop, integrated vacuum pump and interlocking barrier guarding. Equipped with product feeder and has dual Delta-Style 4-axis Robot product pick and place heads loading fixed product buckets, then feeding product to cartoner with 42" long uphill blank carton magazine, multi head orbitrac carton pick and place, carton hold down guide, with (4) chains adjustable set on 9" centers, with 1" wide x 4½" high lugs, automatic indexing of product and has (3) ram arm product loaders, with Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue unit, major and minor flap closers, vacuum system with 14" long (3) belt 1" high compression belts each side and 48" long carton discharge conveyor. Carton size range: 1" to 4¼" in Length; ¾" to 4" in Width; 2½" to 8" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 5" centers, has 32" long blank carton magazine, with reciprocating carton pick-n-place, 12 foot long hand load area on each side with carton major and minor flap closers and 58" long x 4½" wide discharge conveyor. Control panel has micrologix controller has carton feed on / off switch with start, e-stop push button controls and has AC motor drive controller. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety door guarding, casters and height adjustable leveling legs.

Jones Model PK2000 Pouch King, High speed, continuous motion, horizontal form, fill and seal stand up pouch machine with number of pouches per minute – depending on marterials and application. Equipped with powder fill turret and servo drive, currently, set on 4-3/4" centers for a 4-3/4" wide x 6-1/2" tall pouch with 3/4" stand up gusset. Pouches are made from film stock with unwind stand, film is pulled from the rollers thru a forming plow that folds the roll stock lengthwise to form a pouch strip which is then wrapped at 180 degree’s around the vertical heated rotary drum sealer to the vacuum transfer wheels that open the pouch strip and takes them to granular powder fill turret with 44 head rotary filling spouts. Filled pouch strips are then pulled thru top heat sealing bars, then turned 90 degress to 15 rotary knife assembly that cuts the pouch strip into individual pouches, then pass thru Festoon section which will count pouches entering and exiting and accumulate pouches whenever downstream stops or slows down and has rotary knife assembly with pouch discharge conveyors and the film feed includes Fife web alignment and 15 Hp vacuum pump. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with panel view controls and jog, start, stop and e-stop controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety guarding.
